A blue crab and a seahorse were noteworthy examples of catches pulled up from the sides of the Lilac that delighted old and young visitors alike. The following Saturday, young volunteers schlepped down to Pier 25 to turn mini-pumpkins into works of art with paint, glitter and glue in preparation for Halloween.
