Margaret Chin gets sworn in
City Councilmember Margaret Chin, representing Lower Manhattan’s District 1, was ceremonially sworn into office at City Hall Tuesday evening by Judge Peter Tom, with an assist from her husband, Alan Tung, and son, Kevin Tung. The City Clerk officially swore Chin into office earlier in the day.
