Dogs on display dazzle at Tompkins Halloween Parade

The Tompkins Square Park Dog Halloween Parade on Saturday saw an impressive pack of costumed canines strut their stuff in the event’s 19th annual affair. The get-ups ranged from the ghoulish to the seductive (talk about “trick or treat”) to the just, well…green. At top right, Fanny, who also sported cutoff jeans shorts, came as the Incredible Hulk. Winner of Best in Show were Tony Rubio and Bandit, from the Bronx, below left, who won with their Michael Jackson “Thriller” mini-float.
