Saigon Grill must eat crow

The National Labor Relations Board recently ruled that Saigon Grill must rehire the delivery workers the restaurant chain fired from two of its locations almost one year ago. The N.L.R.B. ruled the fired workers — from both Saigon Grill’s Upper West Side and University Pl. restaurants — must be rehired within 14 days with full back pay. The Justice Will Be Served Campaign organized the fired workers, who demanded to be paid minimum wage. The campaign has urged a continuation of the boycott until Saigon Grill complies with the order.
