Feeling coqui dokey at P.S. 20 dedication
At the ribbon cutting for artist Tom Otternesss coqui sculpture in the P.S. 20 playground on Essex St. earlier this month was Otterness, to the left of the coqui, Parks Commissioner Adrian Benepe, to the coquis right, and P.S. 20 officials past and present. A coqui is a bird-sounding frog native to Puerto Rico.
